After the inspection is over the Sergeant of the Guard and the 2 guards, both incoming and outgoing, all salute the Tomb.  Guards with rifles salute by presenting the rifle in front of them.  Here you can see a wreath that was laid by a public school just as we arrived at the Tomb.
