Sure enough, it was our trailer.  Some pranksters in the middle of the night had taken it off of Ted's car and pulled it down the street and attached it to some unsuspecting person's SUV.  They then put a large trash bin on top as well, you can also see a sign that came off of one of the Army Division's HQ buildings.  The Colonel and First Sergeant from that building were very un-amused that this happened to a Boy Scout Troop that was visiting the base to do a service project.  The flag you see decorating the trailer, along with some other stuff, was taken out of the back of Ted's car that he stupidly left unlocked, (he claims exhaustion made him do it).
